Why a test architect builds AI agents
In SAP delivery, I learned that the difference between a smooth go-live and a crisis isn't the technology — it's process discipline. BPMN-mapped test management, rigorous quality gates, and complete traceability from requirement to evidence.
When AI coding agents emerged, I saw the same patterns. Agents without governance drift. Agents without process classification waste effort. Agents without quality gates ship bugs. So I built the BACON-AI Engine — a framework that gives AI agents the same discipline I demanded from SAP programme teams.
